A bit about me

I'm a B.Sc. Computer Science and Information Technology student at Texas International College, building full-stack apps with React and Node while keeping a QA engineer's eye on what I ship: manual testing, defect reporting, and the SDLC/STLC lifecycle are all part of how I work, not just what I studied.

I've just started my AI/ML coursework so it's early days there, right now that means fundamentals, not finished projects. Outside class I write and review my own test cases on personal projects, and I'm teaching myself Selenium WebDriver and pytest to bring some of that testing rigor into automation.

AI-powered learning platform · Texas Hackathon Vol. 1 · Frontend Contributor

Contributed to a full-stack learning platform with role-based auth, gamification (XP, badges), habit tracking, and student/admin dashboards, built with a 3-member team under hackathon time constraints. Built and manually tested React components across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints, checking login, dashboard navigation, and AI-tutor flows for layout and functional bugs before the demo and cross-checked Express API responses in DevTools to confirm frontend/backend integration matched expected behavior, logging issues for the team.

A lightweight site-health tool that crawls a website's internal pages, pulls every link with BeautifulSoup, and checks each one's HTTP status to flag broken (404/500) or redirected links, writing a CSV report at the end. Built to turn a repetitive manual QA task — clicking every link by hand — into something automated and repeatable.
